PreFlight O’Hare is a 7-10 minute shuttle ride to ORD. We have a shuttle tracker in our app to keep you informed.

You can cancel a prepaid reservation prior to your start time and be refunded. You can edit a reservation at any time. Click here to EDIT/CANCEL a booked reservation.

Shuttle Information

Domestic terminal arrivals (terminals 1, 2 & 3) - Follow the signs to the Bus/Shuttle Center. You can use the underground climate-controlled route by following the signs to the Bus/Shuttle Center. Please go to Door 1 of the Bus/Shuttle Center. If you arrive between Midnight and 8:00 AM please call for pick up. All other times a bus will arrive every 4 - 6 minutes.

International terminal arrivals (terminal 5) - Please call 847-678-9234 for pick up once you clear customs. Proceed to the lower level outer curb outside door 5E for pick up.

Parking Information

We offer 3 parking options: Premium Covered (1st floor with wider stalls), Economy Covered (floors 2 & 3 with wider stalls) and Rooftop parking.

Prepaid Special as low as $8.99 plus taxes (for reservations that start by 9/30/2020, limited availability)

Discounts are applied to all prepaid reservations, and are based on how long you stay and availability. The longer you stay, the bigger the discount! Please check rates above.

Important Notice

COVID-19 update:

  • We are open but with reduced shuttle service. Shuttles run every 8 - 12 minutes to the domestic terminals.  
  • Please call 847.678.9234 for pick-up between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
  • Luggage assistance will be on a request only basis (please note our representative may opt out of handling luggage during the pandemic).
  • PreFlight requires customers to wear a mask on the shuttle as our employees do.
  • We are limiting the number of passengers on each bus to promote social distancing.
  • We are frequently cleaning high touch areas on the buses, lobbies, access equipment, and employee areas.
  • Cancellation fees are waived through December and we don't have a change fee.
  • The expiration of points has been paused until January 15, 2021.
  • PreFlight ORD is a self-park facility. You park and lock your car and no one else touches it.

    General Information About Preflight Airport Parking

    Preflight is a better long term parking option than on-airport lots. When parking on the second, third and rooftop levels, you'll need to scan your barcode to get between levels. Shuttles load near the garage's elevators. Please inform us in advance if you will need a wheelchair accessible bus. Average ride time to airport terminals is 7-10 minutes.

    How soon will points be added to my account?

    Points are added within 48 hours after you exit the facility.

    How can I update my credit card?

    Log in to your Frequent Parker account and select the Express Pass tab. The web page that opens gives you the option to edit your payment information. After entering the new information click save the changes.

    I made a reservation, then signed up for the Frequent Parker card, can I add the reservation to my account?

    Yes. Log in to your Frequent Parker account. On the Account Information page, please click Associate Reservation with My Account. The information on your reservation receipt is all you need.
